The search form is here, click on the tab "Vyhľadanie zosnulých", clicking on the selected region on the interactive map, a list of cemeteries will be shown

Click on the selected cemetery, example of Ohrady is

Enter the surname in the field "Priezvisko" (at least first tthree letters), click on "vyhladat" and it will return a list of burried individuals

Hyperlink "info" will bring you to details of the grave (including photo) and "mapa" will return a map of the cemetery

6. Pohrebiská(2)

The search form is here. (The instant Google translation does not works well for this page.) Press "Vyhladanie zosnulých" button and after that sselect the cemetey for drop down menu "Pohrebisko". Ohter search parameters are the priezvisko (surname) and maiden name (rodné meno). To start the search pres the Vyhladat button.
