Project Maschkan
The goal of the project was to find the birth place and birth date of Leopold Maschkan, the ancestor of a family living around the world. The only fixed point was the assumed birth year and an unclear reference to the origin near Bratislava. The performance of CentroConsult was evaluated as follows:"Peter Nagy is a 'rare treasure' in that he is a tireless young man who possesses all the necessary tools to search for ones ancestors who once resided in the area that he presently lives in, as well as, his immediate surrounding areas. Project Janciga
The main objective was to acquire more information on Stephen Jancsiga from Povina and about the origin of the Janciga surname in general.Project Lebeda/Cervencik
Mr. Tom Smith initialized this research. He was looking for records for his grandmother and grandfather; both came to America from Slovakia around 1905. He would like not only records on them, but also their families. Parents, brothers, sisters, grandparents - anything as far back as it is possible to go. The problem was that according the official register there is a gap in the available church records, thus also the search for missing records was requested.
